As one of the first Brooklyn establishments to enter the Jersey City restaurant scene, Talde (founded by Top Chef Dale Talde) was new to the neighborhood. Below the restaurant was Miss Wong's - originally planned to be a speakeasy cocktail bar.
Lunchroom Creative reassessed the space and programming, quickly turning it into the most in-demand nightlife venue in the city. As we converted Miss Wong's into a DJ-driven dance venue, the top-notch talent from JC & NYC and limited capacity spilled over into the upstairs restaurant. Attendance grew to the point where both Talde and Miss Wong's were hosting Friday and Saturday night parties on both floors.
